Founded in 2002 by the late Ken Black, KB Racing, now KB Titan Racing has grown into one of the most successful organizations in NHRA Pro Stock history. In 2023, Ken Black retired after more than two decades of building a championship-winning organization, passing ownership of the team to Jim Whiteley and Eric Latino. Today, alongside Keith Haney, the ownership group remains committed to preserving the team's championship legacy while leading it into the future. Over more than two decades, KB Titan Racing has captured 11 NHRA Pro Stock World Championships and more than 200 national event victories, earning its reputation as one of the premier teams in professional drag racing. Known for its championship-caliber engine program, cutting-edge technology, and relentless pursuit of performance, the organization continues to set the standard in NHRA Pro Stock. Today, KB Titan Racing fields one of the strongest lineups in NHRA Pro Stock while providing championship-caliber engines to additional competitors throughout the category. Backed by decades of experience and a relentless drive to improve, the team remains focused on competing for race wins and championships every weekend.
Our Team
Success at KB Titan Racing is built on more than fast race cars—it's driven by an experienced group of drivers, crew chiefs, engine builders, fabricators, mechanics, and support staff who share a passion for winning. Leading the team is Greg Anderson, the winningest driver in NHRA Pro Stock history and a six-time world champion. For more than two decades, Anderson has helped shape the culture and competitive standard that define KB Titan Racing.
The team's competition program is led by Team Manager and Crew Chief Rob Downing, whose technical expertise and leadership have played a major role in the organization's championship success. Alongside him, Crew Chiefs Nate Vanassenhove and Dave Connolly help develop race-winning combinations and prepare the team's Pro Stock entries to compete at the highest level each weekend.
Behind the wheel, KB Titan Racing fields one of the strongest lineups in the sport, including Greg Anderson, Dallas Glenn, Eric Latino, Matt Hartford, Deric Kramer, Matt Latino, and Rookie Cody Anderson. Together, they represent the depth of talent and dedication that has made KB Titan Racing one of the most respected organizations in NHRA drag racing.
